Your liver

Liver is the second largest organ we have in our body. It sits on the right hand side of the abdomen. It is right behind the bottom of our rib cage. Everything we eat, breath, or put on our skin gets filtered by our liver. It produces bile. It stores vitamins and minerals.
Signs:
Some signs of bad or over worked liver are the white coatings of the tongue (Halitosis), fatigue, digestive disorders like constipation, allergies and chemical sensitivity, unexplained weight loss, jaundice , edema (swelling and water retention), dark circles under eyes, and mental confusion.
Cure:
The first and most important thing that you could do for your liver and body is to start the day with room temperature water and few drops of fresh lemon juice from the real lemon. It only takes one day to see the results! Look at your tongue now!
Then eat food loaded with vegetables and fruits and lower in saturated fats.
Eat less or don't eat fried foods.
Always coat your liver with milk thistle tablets before x-rays or any radiation therapies.

ABC signs of a healthy person!

When my parents used to go to the Doctor; the doctor would look at them and take their heart beat from their pulse, and he knew what was wrong with them. I think the doctor mostly would deduce his findings from their physical presence. The following are some of the attributes of a healthy person. You can find the reasons and cures for all these items in this blog now or in the future.

BMI Calculator

BMI stands for Body Mass Index. It measures the ratio of one's body weight to their height. It also tries to give an idea of the amount of body fat a person has. Two people can have the same BMI but different levels of body fat(because Muscle weighs more than fat). A high percentage of body fat increases the chances of heart disease, Type II diabetes, and cancers. *******************************************
