Check with your Doctor first

The best advice I can give you is always check with your doctor, before you follow any of my advice. Nothing on this blog has been approved by the FDA that I know of and is not intended to replace the medical advice of your Healthcare Professionals. 

After a while, when you continue to educate yourself, you will get a very good understanding of what is wrong with you and how to cure yourself with these good old remedies. In 18 years of taking care of my kids, I have only took them to doctors two or three times the most besides their yearly check-ups and shots.  Again, let me tell you that you have to get a lot of experience to be able to recognize the reasons and cures for some of the illnesses mentioned here.    

Most of these remedies are good for prevention of diseases. We would like to build our immune system  to resist most diseases before they struck. But if you happen to get sick and you have recognized a remedy here; if you try the remedy and are not getting any better after a few days you could try over the counter drugs or consult your physicians.
